History
We have been serving Melbourne Beach and adjacent areas since 1986. The company was founded in 1986 by Wendy Murray, Owner/Broker, starting in an old 500 sq. ft. oceanfront motel suite we refurbished into an adorable office. We expanded to a lease option owned 1000 sq. ft. building located at 406 Ocean Avenue, expanding it twice to 2500 sq. ft. We're now located at 301 Ocean Avenue in our 2004 built, 6000 sq. ft. offices, which house South Island Real Estate, Washington Mutual and State Title.
Agents
Our office team of 20 high caliber professionals have diverse backgrounds; former educators, executives, artists, and musicians. Various other prior positions in the legal, accounting, and advertising fields. We are all committed to the Business of Real Estate and look forward to serving you.
